Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Free U.S. shipping is available on:

• Qualifying one-time orders of $30 or more

• Qualifying subscription orders of $16.99 or more

Available shipping rates and any qualifying free shipping options will appear at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

U.S. delivery generally takes 3 or more business days after shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier. Carrier delays may affect when your package arrives.

Incorrect addresses and returned shipments

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or missing forwarding information, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. We will email you an invoice for the additional shipping cost before sending your package again.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Tracking information may take a few days to update. If you cannot find your confirmation emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
