How Do I Maintain Healthy Hair Between Washes?

Tip 1: Use a bristle brush

Using a bristle brush is a game-changer for maintaining healthy hair. The stiff bristles in the brush will help to distribute your scalp's natural oils (sebum) from root to tip, keeping your strands conditioned and smooth. Brush your hair gently from root to tip to stimulate circulation within the hair and prevent tangles. 

Tip 2: Protect hair from heat as much as possible 

Heat from hair dryers, curling irons, and other styling tools can be extremely drying, especially when used frequently. Try to limit the usage of of heat on non-wash days and always use heat protectant beforehand. Air drying is best on wash days whenever possible. 

Tip 3: Embrace dry shampoo
